A warm sunrise glows across Mount's Bay, in Cornwall, whilst a patient horse waits as his master digs for shellfish in the wet, low tide. Set against St. Michael's Mount, the horse appears to be distracted by the playful gulls, waiting for a stray mussel or cockle to come their way. The peach hues resplendent above the sea sit against the mid-blue background where the worker resides. This colour balance helps suggest the playful interaction of the wildlife is a strong contrast to the toil faced by the lone worker on this pleasing morning.
