This is a vintage Chippendale revival tray table. An English, mahogany fretwork serving stand, dating to the late 20th century, circa 1970.
- Appealing Chippendale revival taste with fine fretwork motif
- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
- Select stocks present fine grain interest and warm caramel hues
- Tray sits neatly upon the stand with four locating pins
- Tray edge delightfully accentuated with pierced fretwork
- Ornate beading to the apron edge and legs
- The whole standing upon a quartet of block feet
- United by a fretwork X-stretcher, uniting centrally with Viennese Whirl finial
