This is an Edwardian, antique, small corner cabinet dating to c.1910.
Made in the Jacobean style from choice, solid English oak, this piece features pegged joints and good quality carving throughout.
Carved decoration in geometric form frames a turned spindle aperture, the door further dressed with butterfly show hinges and featuring a working lock and key. The stiles and frieze are trimmed with linear carved detail.
Inside the cupboard a single full width shelf offers storage with the top surface ideal for ornaments or alike.
