Edwardian Waterfall Bookcase, c.1910
Our Stock # LFA-1339
This is an antique, early 20th century, waterfall bookcase dating to c.1910.
In a classic waterfall style, this bookcase displays overtones of a modest Georgian style: The open swan neck pediment typical of the mid 18th Century as were the bracket feet upon which this piece stands.
The mahogany is of good colour throughout in tones of russet browns. The shelf fronts and case edges accentuated with a moulded detail.
A smart little bookcase solidly jointed, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
