This is a contemporary still life painting. An English, framed oil on canvas titled 'Tulips', signed by the artist Martin Dutton.

Martin Dutton (b.1939) has found a home in South West England, using the natural beauty of Dartmoor and the study of Venice to influence his creative output. Dutton has also used other media and techniques in his works, whilst also turning his hand to still life.
