This is an antique vanity case. An English, rosewood and brass travelling dressing table box, dating to the Regency period, circa 1820.

• Beautifully figured case with a fine fitted interior

• Dressed to the fascia with an inset brass lock escutcheon — key present

• Mirror displays a desirable light foxing and bright reflection
• Lift-out tray with a trio of compartments and two glass canisters

• Lifting the brass topped pin gains access to the slide-out drawer on the side
