This is an antique vanity case. An English, rosewood and brass travelling dressing table box, dating to the Regency period, circa 1820.

- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order

- Lid adorned with an unmarked brass nameplate, ideal for personalisation
- Dressed to the fascia with an inset brass lock escutcheon — key present
- Opens to reveal a captivating cobalt blue interior
- Ruched fabric lining to the lid interior, concealing a removable mirror
- Mirror displays a desirable light foxing and bright reflection
- Lift-out tray with a trio of compartments and two glass canisters
- Two pairs of glass bottles sit neatly within the rear of the casework
- Lifting the brass topped pin gains access to the slide-out drawer on the side
