This is an antique jewellery table. A French, walnut and boxwood side or work table, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1890.

- Quarter bookmatched lid with boxwood inlay, featuring a superb scrolled foliate motif
- Lid opens to reveal a fitted interior with a gilt edged mirror
- Quality bevelled mirror plate displays a bright reflection with minimal foxing
- Interior replete with a removable sliding tray hosting three compartments
- Shaped fascia hosts an inset, brass lined lock — key present
- Standing gracefully upon a quartet of cabriole legs, each terminating in a delightful pad foot
