This is a rare vintage set of 10 dining chairs. An English, oak suite of 2 carvers and 8 seats by Brights of Nettlebed, dating to the late 20th century, circa 1980. 

• A striking dining suite by a renowned furniture specialist
• Displays a desirable aged patina and in very good order
• Superb oak stocks show fine grain interest and an abundance of medullary rays
• Deep caramel hues beam beneath a wax polish finish

• Cushioned back rests arrive with a domed top and gently pinched ears
• The carver chairs graced with long arms over turned supports, terminating in scroll knuckles
• Excellent upholstery with old rose repeat pattern, delicately trimmed with matching brocade
• Presents a wonderful blush pink hue to the chairs, catching the light beautifully

• Traditionally stuffed cushions set at a comfortable height of 46.5cm (18.25")
• Each stands upon turned spindle front legs with block feet
• Square section rear legs fall gently from the canted back rest
• Legs united by a 'H' stretcher with baluster turned rails

This is a quality and rare set of 10 vintage dining chairs, with superb upholstery, ready to enjoy. Excellent oak frames with fine figuring in pleasingly traditional forms. Solid joints and construction, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
