This is a small vintage polychromatic vase. A Dutch, Delft ceramic ornament with hand-painted decoration by Velsen, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1960.

Displaying a desirable aged patina, free of cracks or marks
White ceramic in baluster form, decorated with hand-painted scenes
An attractive palette of bright hues abound

Bountiful flora and charming bird motif to the globular body
Presenting a scene of blooming flowers visited by a flying bird
The rim and base finished with a thick band of Delft blue, bordered by black tramlines
Hand-written maker's mark to base reads '325 - Polychrome, Hand Painted, Made in Holland'
