This is a vintage bespoke Georgian revival side cupboard. An English, oak sideboard or drinks cabinet, dating to the late 20th century. 

• Exceptional figuring accentuates this example of superb late 20th century craftsmanship
• Displays a desirable aged patina and in very good order throughout
• Select oak stocks presents beautifully with an abundance of medullary rays
• Deep caramel hues accentuated with lighter rays, beaming beneath a wax polish finish

• Arrangement of two drawers over two generously sized cabinet doors
• Drawers dressed with brass drop handles over circular backplates
• Each cabinet door dressed with inset, brass lined locks — in working order, key present
• Maker's label to drawer interior for Ellis of Ipswich

• Set off with a traditional three plank top with fine grain interest on show
• Field panelling adds fascination to the cabinet sides in quartered form
• Further example of the fine craftsmanship to the quarter sawn panel back
• Raised upon ogee bracket feet at each corner with central rear stile for added stability
