This is a vintage display panel. A Korean, silk cotton embroidery decorative scene, dating to the Art Deco period, circa 1930.

Silk cotton gently woven upon paper with an attractive colour palette
Set within a quality later frame, with contrasting ebonised and gilt finish
Presents two birds within a flowering tree and calligraphy to the upper corner
