This is a vintage citrus bowl. A German, ceramic decorative fruit dish, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1930.

Of appealing form and decorated with charming wildlife interest
Displaying a desirable aged patina and free of marks
White ceramic ground delicately accentuated with shimmering golden tooling to the rim
Decorated to the centre with a superb study of a colourful parrot
Maker's mark to the base for Thomas, Bavaria and a series of numbers
