Compiled by Captain Frank Siltzer, formerly of H.M. Grenadier Guards, as an author he turned his hand to this title and its predecessor Newmarket. Published by Halton & Truscott Smith LTD of London, this edition was a limited run of 1,000 copies authorised by his late wife.
