This is an antique side table dating to the mid Victorian period c.1860.
Rising on unusual stout, flared and ring turned legs with triple turned 'hive' feet, this side table displays a carved frieze on all sides and a full width drawer with turned pull to the front.
Made entirely from English oak, the dark, russet tones of the legs are complimented by the three plank top which displays a good aged patina with desirable colour and is finished with a moulded quadrant edge detail.
A super little table ideal as a writing desk, hall or side table with useful storage and a country look.
Delivered waxed polished and ready for the home.
