This is a pair of vintage campaign luggage cases. An English, leather and brass military interest bedside nightstand, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1950. 

• High quality casework, with great colour and detail
• Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order
• Superb leather panels tanned to striking caramel hues, with lightly aged finish
• Stoutly bound to corners with brass cappings over leather straps

• Dressed with brass slide clasps to secure the lids when in transit — keys absent
• The lids remain open upon pairs of fabric straps
• Dashing crimson coloured textile linings in pleasingly clean order
• The quality lining adorned with a brass press stud finish

• Military interest to the front fascia, with the insignia for The Life Guards with Queen Elizabeth II cypher
• Each case numbered 1 & 2 respectively upon navy blue mounts
• Brass drop handles adorn either side, for ease of carriage
