The Black Pearl is the fictional ship made famous in the wildly successful Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. Captained by Johnny Depp's Jack Sparrow, it is said to be the fastest ship in the whole of the Caribbean and fearsome in its appearance with the black sails over the dark, imposing hull.
