This is an antique, Georgian, English dressing table swing mirror dating to c.1800.
Raised on swept bracket feet the breakfront stand is finished in well figured flame mahogany with inlaid boxwood and ebony stringing. The twin drawers are dressed with bronze pulls and are mahogany lined.
The reeded risers terminate in turned finials and support the crossbanded mirror frame with bronze turned pinches offering a variable angle to the later mirror plate.
The classic design and proportion compliment the fine detail, the piece as a whole offering great colour and patina throughout.
