This is an antique, Edwardian, Mahogany side table dating to c.1910.
This dainty little side table is a piece of modest quality displayed in the detail; A domed cross stretcher unites the square section legs that terminate in out-swept feet. The apron corners and legs are highlighted with boxwood stringing and the well figured top subtly cross-banded in rosewood and strung in boxwood to the edge detail.
Understated elegance and a delightful piece of English craftsmanship extolled in choice cuts of mahogany.
