This is an antique Windsor chair. An English, elm and yew elbow or armchair, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1850.

• The tall, shaped top rail benefits from a gently chamfered rear edge

• Raised upon turned and splayed legs, with cupped knees
• United by a H-stretcher with tapering spindles
• Standing upon four elongated circular feet at each corner
