This is an antique stretcher table. An English, mahogany side table with bobbin turned legs, dating to the early Victorian period, circa 1850.
- Gothic revival taste with evocative bobbin turned decoration

- Good consistent colour throughout to the wax polish finish
- Front apron frieze accentuated with drop pendant finials to each corner
- Raised upon pairs of superb, bobbin turned legs with baluster mounts
- Distinctive trestle feet with unusual bobbin turned feet and circular motif
- Fascinating inverted bobbin turning to the uniting stretcher rail
