This is an antique six plank coffer, an English oak sword chest, a Charles II, Restoration period trunk dating to circa 1680.
- Constructed in stout, inch and a quarter thick stock
- Dark rich finish with a desirable aged patina
- Traditional, hand forged iron ring hinges
- Decorated with later lower moulding and half-column appliqué
- Voluminous storage space within
