This is an antique sideboard. An English, oak dresser, table or desk by Harris Lebus, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.

• Deep russet hues beam beneath the lustrous wax polish finish

• Low back stand with attractive toothed carving and short column supports
• Wide top surface offers itself to use as a dresser or desk
• Pair of deep drawers with quality dovetail joints
• Dressed with brass drop handles over pierced brass backplates

• Inset brass lock hardware displays the hallmark initials H.L.L — key absent
• The mark stands for Harris Lebus, London
• Square shoulder supports terminate at bobbin turned carvings above the feet
• Standing upon a quartet of four block feet, united to the side and rear by stretchers
