This is an antique sideboard, a colonial cabinet in fruitwood, a cupboard dating to the early 20th century.

Attractive russet tones to the fruitwood with a desirable aged patina
Raised on bun feet and featuring four, tapering barley twist columns
Of Anglo Indian colonial influence

Two plank top cleated by stout edge moulding
A pair of cupboards with field panel doors decorated with ovular panels
Dressed with iron loop handles, keyholes with locks absent
Flanking a central open cupboard divided by a single shelf
