This is an attractive antique side table in rosewood dating to the Victorian period c.1880.
- Quality rosewood with good grain detail and a desirable aged patina
- Contrasted with darker tones in the legs and edge mouldings
- Lower display tier in good proportion
- Table top displaying inlaid central stylised shell motif
- Boxwood string detail delineating outer border to top and tier shelf
- Frieze finished displaying good colour and boxwood string
- Twin turned spindles to each corner
- Raised on splayed cabriole legs
- Riding on original ceramic castors
