This is an antique piano stool. An English, walnut and leather adjustable music or recital riser by Brooks Limited, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1880.
- Of superb craftsmanship and Victorian appeal
- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
- Select walnut presents fine grain interest and rich caramel hues
- Supple and beautifully tanned leather cushion in fine condition
- Comfortable and supportive, the cushion rises with a pair of vernier knobs
- Deep red hue to the leather with brass foliate press stud trim
- Standing upon a quartet of turned legs, united by H-stretcher
- Engraved to the base for Brooks Limited, with serial number 1856 - 750
