This is an antique lowboy in mahogany, a late Georgian, English side table dating to circa 1800.
- Deep, rich colour and finish to the quality mahogany
- Attractive grain interest and a desirable aged patina
- Clean back with skirting overhang for close wall placement
- Top displays well with moulded edge detail
- Swagged three-quarter, serpentine apron
- Raised on square section straight legs with chamfered inner corners
- Full width, oak lined, dovetailed, cock-beaded drawer
- Dressed with solid brass swan neck handles over pierced brass back plates
- Pierced brass lock escutcheon over lock, key absent
