This is an antique glass shopfitting cabinet. An English, bronze over oak retail display case, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1890.
- Attractive Victorian shop display cabinet
- Displays a desirable aged patina
- Elegant, slender bronze frame with appealing golden tones
- Set upon a deep, oak base showing fine grain interest
- Plate glass in good order — top plate shows signs of use commensurate with age in the form of light scratches
- Generously sized plates affording a bright display case
- A quartet of sliding doors to the rear, with etched door pulls
- Standing on a continuous plinth base, with carved tiered corners
