This is an antique gentleman's walking stick. An English, coromandel and silver cane with hallmarks, dating to the Edwardian period, 1904.
- A dashing cane, ideally suited to the discerning Flâneur or a walk along a promenade
- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
- Exotic coromandel shows rich caramel hues and fine grain interest
- Hallmarked silver handle cap with an appealing, light weathering
- Distinctive ribbed finish to the shaft, elegantly turning into the handle
- Set at a comfortable height, the handle stands at 98cm (38.5")
- Maker's initial for BJ, with the Lion Passant and London's Leopard assay mark
- Further hallmarked with the date letter I, for 1904
