This is an antique games table. An English, Rosewood over mahogany chess board, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1880.

- Raised upon a tri-form of cabriole legs with superb scrolled toes
This is an impressive and highly attractive antique games table, with an exquisite chess board of Rosewood and burr walnut. Copious grain interest, fine colour and excellent carved detail throughout. Solid joints and construction, delivered waxed, polished and ready for a game.
