This is an antique French farmhouse table from the late C19th. A country pine piece ideal for kitchen dining.
- Good colour and grain interest in the antique pine top over fruitwood base
- A thick, broad three plank pine top with canted corners displays well
- The darker fruitwood apron and shaped legs contrast beautifully to the top
- One end features a single, deep drawer extending to 66cm (26'')
- Dressed with a solid brass pull and drawing on traditional inset runners
- Generous knee clearance to accept most chairs
A generous size for seating six comfortably. Huge character displayed throughout this classic item of functional furniture; bearing marks and long since waxed in ancient worm holes, consistent with age. Solid joints and construction, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
