This is an antique footstool. An English, mahogany stool, upholstered in a quality cloth, and dating to the Victorian period, circa 1880.

Attractive colour to the dark mahogany frame
Compact size, but of ample comfort
Raised upon four ring-turned legs

Rich, quality cloth to the cushion
Trimmed with brocade and golden fringe detail
Traditionally stuffed and well upholstered

This is a charming antique footstool with rich colouration throughout. Solid joints and construction, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
