This is an antique console table, a narrow X-frame and stout top in English oak with gothic overtones dating to circa 1880.

Warm honey tones to the solid English oak table
The top displaying grain interest and a moulded edge detail
From stout stock at one inch thick

Stop-ended chamfers tot he stretcher and classic X-frame trestles
Roundels dress the outer frames
Modestly scrolled feet adding interest
