This is an antique coffee table, an English, limed oak circular piece dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.

Silky smooth finish to the attractive limed oak
Grain interest highlighted in the muted hues
Deep edge moulding to the top

Slim serpentine apron in good proportion
Raised on four, stout barley twist legs
United by a caned, hyperboloid lower tier
Standing upon large bun feet

An unusual and attractive piece. Solid joints and construction, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
