This is an antique Chesterfield settee. An English textile upholstered sofa with seating for 2-3 people and dating to the late 19th century, circa 1880.

Professionally upholstered and displays consistent colour and fine order throughout

In typical Chesterfield style with a cosseting high backrest and arms
Deeply buttoned and pleasingly sprung for comfort
Autumnal leaf textile upholstery in green and pink hues
Raised upon four brass and ceramic castors, with squat, turned legs at the front
