This is an antique bow fronted corner cabinet, an English, oak, Georgian, hanging cupboard dating to the 18th century c.1770.

In oak with a very desirable aged tone and fine quality graining
Displaying wisps of medullary rays in through the wax polished finish
Of quality craftsmanship with attractive proportions

Rising from an understated lower moulding through a barrel front
Crowned with a charming concave moulding
A fine pair of doors, hinged on original butterfly show 'H' hinges

Dressed with solid brass key hole escutcheon
Complete with working lock and key
Open to reveal a clean interior divided into three by shelves
