This is an antique boot rack, an English, Edwardian riding boot and crop stand in mahogany dating to circa 1910.

Double-sided, each side offering eight pegs and boot slots
Brass hooks beneath upper tier to hang apparel
Shaped locators to hang inverted boots neatly over lower tier
