This is an antique bedside cabinet in carved mahogany. A nightstand. English dating to the Edwardian period circa 1910.

Craftsmanship in a quality dark mahogany with a wax polished finish
Good consistent colour throughout with a desirable aged patina
Configured as an open shelf over cupboard

Raised on bracket feet with a swagged apron
Shaped field panel door decorated with floral carving
Dressed with ornate, gilt drop handle operating twist catch
Scroll carved bracket dresses the open shelf
