This is an antique baluster vase, a Japanese cloisonné stem vase dating to the Meiji era circa 1900.

Attractive vase with a striking sky blue ground
Profusely decorated with birds amongst trailing foliage
In good proportion with a tall slender neck and flared base
Exposed brass bands to the neck and foot
Plain, unmarked base

A very attractive antique vase in very good order throughout.
