This is an antique apprentice chest of drawers. An English, mahogany and flame small specimen or desktop case, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1800.

- Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order
- Select stocks present fine grain interest and colour depth
- Drawer fascia presented in flame with superb figuring
- Arrangement of three drawers, dressed with pairs of small brass drop handles
- Appealing diamond lock escutcheons in light birch — untested, key absent
- Rope edge carving accentuates the upper and lower crown
- Raised upon a quartet of inset bun feet
