This is a small antique milk pouring jug. An English, silver breakfast table creamer, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1800.
- Charmingly ornate and petite, with an appealing shine
- Displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order
- Quality silver presents bright tonality throughout
- Superb decorative finish with running hare and foliate motif
- Flared rim with prominent spout, leading to a slender scrolled handle
- Standing upon a trio of swept legs with raised toes
- Dutifully polished base with partially worn hallmarks
- Remnant of date letter I (i) visible, assay office unknown
