This is a tall antique Wellington chest. An English, walnut collector's specimen chest of drawers, dating to the mid Victorian period, circa 1860.

Crafted from select walnut stocks with rich caramel hues and fine grain interest
Comprising seven graduated drawers, secured by a hinged locking bar — key present
Drawer fronts finished with tactile brass cup handles for ease of use

Lower drawers feature light mahogany drawer boxes, enhancing visual and material quality
Hinge bar swings smoothly to secure the drawers when locked, as per Wellington design
