This is a vintage hallway rug. An Oriental, quality woven decorative carpet, dating to the late 20th century, circa 1970.

- Displays a desirable aged patina and showing signs of careful use
- The background in cream, with blue and red secondary palette
- Offers a comfortable underfoot feel and tightly woven pile
- Central panel with an open oval foliate medallion, issuing pairs of scrolled leaf motif
- Mauve pinstripe borders flank the light blush pink tramline border
- The border further decorated with detailed foliate scenes
