This is a vintage decorative pouring jug. An English, ceramic breakfast milk pot in Carnation pattern, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1950.

Beautiful, mid-century breakfast table pottery
Displaying a desirable aged patina
Ceramic thrown into a delightfully appealing shape
Finished with a lustre glaze offering hints of light pink and golden highlights

Mellow cream ground with blush pink, hand-painted details
Cascading upwards from a scrolled knot, the panels open out into a flared rim
Shapely handle with further scroll motif and contrasting in hand-painted pink
Base features the maker's mark for Royal Bradwell - Arthur Wood and 'Carnation' pattern name
