This is a vintage decorative otter. A French, bronze spelter Art Deco ornament dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1940.

Good consistent hues throughout and displaying a desirable aged patina

Charming detail to the face and supporting rock
Marked with a Richard Fisher signature
Resting upon a flat base lined with green felt baize.
