This is a vintage continental planter pot. A German, silver plate decorative jardiniere, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1930.
- Wonderfully bulbous form, with bright appearance
- Displays a desirable aged patina throughout
- Silver plate free of marks with a clear, reflective sheen
- Beaded detail to narrow rim with rolled edge
- Interior present with lightly tarnished finish
- Stands upon a trio of small spherical feet
- Maker's mark to base reads WMF with the Ostrich mark and ANT
- The Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik began in 1880, in Southern Germany
