This is a vintage Art Deco jardiniere. A Chinese, bronze decorative planter bowl, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1930.

Charming decorative planter with fine detail and colour
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
Quality bronze presents a lightly time worn golden hue
Body engraved with dragon motif to the circumference
Raised upon a circular foot with export mark to base
