This is a tall vintage decorative flower vase. An Oriental, quality ceramic baluster urn with Art Deco taste, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1940.
- Appealingly colourful and of impressive proportion
- Displaying a desirable aged patina
- Ceramic in very good order throughout
- Rich colouration applied against a crisp white ground
- Pleasingly thick, gently rolled rim and hand-painted in dark green
- Bountiful bouquets alternate with diamond pattern panels around the neck
- Ornate panels to the front and reverse host a bird of paradise visiting an abundance of bright flowers
- Alternating with bold columns in dark green with decorative shield motif
