This is a large, vintage vase. An Oriental, ironstone decorative pot or centrepiece and dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1950.

Of generous proportion with 19cm (7.5") diameter mouth
Displaying a desirable aged patina and good colour throughout
Some crazing visible upon base with '33' written mark

Rolled mouth rim decorated with continuous foliate detail
A background of vines over a white base with larger flower impressions to the face of the bowl
Stout, gnarled root handles to each side
