This is a large vintage stick stand. An Oriental, ceramic decorative vase, dating to the Art Deco period, circa 1940.
- Larger than average with attractive, colourful decor
- Displays a desirable aged patina
- Ceramic in good order with light crazing under close inspection
- Generous mouth opening of 17.5cm (7") in diameter
- Painted foliate decoration with an array of visiting insects from butterflies to bees
- Border to both ends with a repeating flower pattern
- Small pink flowers decorate the rim
- Hand-written number 32 mark to base
This is a large vintage stick stand, with the late Art Deco taste adding a bright and cheerful appearance. Ideally suited to the hallway or for a large floral display as a centrepiece. Delivered polished and ready for the home.
