This is an antique boat builder's spirit level. An English, black walnut and brass tradesman's instrument, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.

Attractive craftsman's level with a quality build and finish
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order
Body in black walnut with deep chestnut hues and fine grain interest
Lightly weathered brass top plate and base, with bright golden tonality
Clear, bright vial with vibrant green liquid, beneath a split viewing window
Engraved to one end with 'Warranted Best Test Level Tube' with Crown mark
